The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) is a new law affecting businesses and how they collect and use data that will come into effect on May 25, 2018 in the European Union. The new legislation places an onus on every business to abide by additional obligations. Consumers are gaining extra rights regarding their data.

When you make contact through the website or otherwise, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address etc. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons and will not be passed to ANY 3rd party!

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;
To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

If you come for a treatment, we will collect medical history and client cards for each client, this is for health and safety reasons and we are required to hold this information for 7 years and is a legal obligation. After 7 years if you have not returned for a treatment to us and renewed your medical history we will destroy this personal information. In the mean time all your information is held securely in locked files and is used for no other purpose or seen by any other person outside of the clinic.

We check medical history on each client once a year – we will send a friendly reminder that you may be due in for a treatment on, for example, Semi- Permanent Make-up if we haven’t seen since you were last in the year before, and this will happen once only. You will then not be contacted again without prompting by yourselves, if there is no contact in 7 years we will shred all medical history on you. However, your phone number may still be saved in our phones in case you ever do make contact in the future again so we know who you are and can recall past conversations, but you will not be contacted first.
